  • Subject to product availability and supplier pricing.

We reserve the right to revise quotations if site conditions, customer requirements, or supplier costs change.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is not accepted until:

  • We confirm acceptance in writing.
  • Required deposits have been received (where applicable).
  • Necessary approvals have been obtained.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before installation.

5. Pricing

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • Prices include GST where applicable.
  • Additional work requested after acceptance may incur extra charges.
  • Unexpected site conditions may result in revised pricing.

6. Payment Terms

Customers agree to make payments in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.

Late payments may result in:

  • Delays to installation
  • Suspension of services
  • Recovery costs
  • Interest where permitted by law

Ownership of supplied equipment remains with NovaSun Smart Energy until payment has been received in full.

7. Installation

Installation dates are estimates only.

Installation may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Safety concerns
  • Product availability
  • Network approvals
  • Government rebate processing
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We are not liable for reasonable delays outside our control.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe access to the property.
  • Ensure accurate property information is supplied.
  • Obtain landlord approval where required.
  • Ensure pets and hazards are controlled during installation.
  • Notify us of any structural or electrical issues known to them.

Failure to provide safe access may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

9. Government Rebates and Incentives

Government rebates, incentives, and Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) are subject to:

  • Government eligibility requirements
  • Regulatory approval
  • Availability at the time of installation

NovaSun Smart Energy cannot guarantee approval of any rebate or incentive.

10. Product Availability

Products may occasionally become unavailable.

If this occurs, we may:

  • Supply an equivalent or superior product after consultation, or
  • Offer an alternative solution, or
  • Refund applicable amounts where appropriate.

11. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers.

NovaSun Smart Energy provides workmanship warranties in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and any warranty period stated in your quotation or contract.

Warranty claims do not cover:

  • Customer misuse
  • Storm damage
  • Flood
  • Fire
  • Lightning
  • Animal damage
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear

12. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Where goods or services fail to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to remedies provided under the ACL.

13. Website Use

You agree not to:
